SPRING ART SHOW:
Participating in our spring art show does help build confidence and gives students a goal to work towards. Our shows also offer your family and friends a chance to be included in celebrating your child's achievements and show their support during our Opening Day Reception parties. (And hey...who doesn't love free cookies!)
FRAMING: I do not require students to frame their work for our spring art show. However if you do frame your work after the art show I hope you will consider using COUNTRYSIDE FRAMES in historic Newtown. I have used Countryside Frames many times and they do an amazing, high quality job with excellent frame design suggestions. Richard and Michael have been very generous in hosting our Art for A Cause student art shows at Countryside for many years. They have been very supportive of youth art in our community and have offered good advice to our aspiring young artists. Often the professional artists who show their work at Countryside have come out to support our kids as well. Thank you Richard and Michael for all you do!
TUITION & Due Dates:
-Pay by the month. Classes are $17.00 per one hour lesson for the fall 2019-spring 2020 school year. Class is once per week.
-All materials included. Even smocks. (but do wear "play clothes" just in case)
-Classes are held beginning in September shortly after Labor Day and continue until the end of May.
-Invoices are handed out at the 1st class of each month. Payment for that month is due at that time or by the 2nd class at the latest.
NEED TO SKIP A CLASS? I offer Partial Pro-rating with advanced notice:
If you let me know the days you need to miss class before the 1st of the month I will prorate your invoice for that month. You will not be charged for the class that you cannot attend and you will not have to schedule a make-up class. After the 1st of the month, cancellations are not refundable. If you need to cancel a class at the last minute you are welcome to schedule a makeup class for your child. I do request a courtesy call or text to let me know that your child will not be coming so that I can offer the spot to another student who needs to do a make up class. Please do not ask other classmates to give me the message for you. By the time class starts, it is too late for me to call another student to offer them the spot for a make up class. I do not give refunds or make ups for no-shows with no courtesy call. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
